2. Terms of Payment:
  • Check, money order or US Draft. Payment terms are net 30 days with credit references for new customers.

3. Shipping Information:

    UPS
    Ground Transportation via UPS Collect unless otherwise specified.
    UPS Next Day Air
    Air Freight via UPS. Guaranteed next day delivery not including weekends or holidays.
    Or if you have an account number with any of the following carriers or any other, let us know when placing your order and we will ship accordingly.


Delivery Schedules: 

Delivery information is approximate and refers to time of delivery to carrier and is made in good faith. Delivery schedules are not guaranted and the company will not accept any liability for any penalty or damages, liquidated or otherwise, for delayed shipments or installation. 

4. Warranties:

Any of our products which, under normal operating conditions, proves defective in material or in workmanship within three years from the date of shipments by PSI will be repaired or replaced free of charge (excluding cost of shipping the item to and from the manufaturer) provided that you obtain a refund material authorization from PSI and send the defective product, transportation charges prepaid with notice of the defect, and establish that the product has been properly installed, maintained and operated within the limits of rated and normal useage. The terms of this warranty do not extend to any product or part thereof which, under normal useage, has an inherently shorter useful life than three years. 

    Warranty Service: 
    Advance authorization is required prior to the return to PSI.  Before returning items, contact PSI with: 
    1. A model number. 
    2. A serial number for the defective product. 
    3. A technical description of the defect. 
    4. A no-charge purchase order number (so products can be returned to you correctly). 
    5. Ship and bill addresses. 
    Shipment to PSI shall be at Buyer's expense and repaired or replacement items will be shipped FOB our plant 
    Non-Warranty Service: 
    Advance authorization is required prior to the return to PSI. Before returning items, contact PSI with: 
    1. A model number. 
    2. A serial number for the defective product. 
    3. A technical description of the defect. 
    4. Purcahse order number to cover PSI's repair cost. 
    5. Ship and bill addresses. 
    After the product is evaluated by PSI, we will contact you to provide the estimated repair costs before proceeding. Shipment to PSI shall be at Buyer's expense and repaired items will be shipped to you FOB our plant. 
    Repair Service: 
    All repairs of PSI products are warranted for a period of 30 days from date of shipment. This warranty applies only to those items which were found and repaired, it does not apply to products in which no defect was found and returned as is or merely recalibrated.
